Volodymyrsky (St. Volodymyr) Cathedral, 1862-96. Designed by I. Shtrom and P. Sparro, additional designs by O. Beretti. Built in Byzantine style, the Cathedral has beatiful interior wall paintings made by famous artists (V. Vasnetsov, M. Nesterov, M. Vrubel, M. Pymonenko, and others) in 1885-96.
